Welcome to Delight, By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders
- Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in person.
- Please ensure all order details (delivery/pick-up time, product selection) are correct before confirming.
- Once an order is placed, changes can only be made up to 15 minutes, before the scheduled pick-up or delivery.
2. Payments
· All orders must be paid in full at purchase or upon delivery.
· We accept credit cards, debit cards, instapay and cash on delivery.
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up or delivery.
- Cancellations made after this time cannot be refunded or altered.
4. Delivery
- We offer delivery to select areas. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate.
- If no one is available to receive the order at the time of delivery, the order will be left at the specified location, and Delight is not responsible for any issues that may arise after that.
5. No Return & Refund
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
- If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
6. Allergies
· We take great care in preparing our pastries, but please note that they may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any allergies and to carefully review the ingredients before placing an order.
7. Liability
- Delight is not responsible for any damages or losses once the product has been delivered or picked up.
